Erin Laudermilk is a Professor of Athletic Training and Associate Vice-President for Academic Affairs at Sterling College, where she has worked since 2007. She specializes in curriculum development, student learning styles, and instructor/preceptor development for athletic trainer preparation. Despite her administrative role, she remains actively involved in the graduate athletic training program and professional service.

Her research focuses on enhancing athletic training education through innovative pedagogical approaches and program development. She contributes to accreditation processes as a peer reviewer for the Commission on Accreditation of Athletic Training Education (CAATE) and serves as Sterling College’s Accreditation Liaison Officer (ALO) to the Higher Learning Commission (HLC).
