Erin Branch is a Teaching Professor and Director of the Writing Program in the English Department at Wake Forest University. Her scholarly interests include rhetoric of food, health/illness discourses, and women's rhetorical traditions.
She teaches courses such as 'Ethics, Identity, Representation,' 'Rhetorics of Health and Illness,' and 'Rhetorics of Taste.' Her forthcoming book Transforming Tastes examines American women's contributions to food discourse.
