Erika Kirgios is an Assistant Professor in the Behavioral Science Department at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Her research focuses on workplace diversity, inequality, prosocial behavior, and behavior change, with a particular emphasis on race and gender dynamics in organizational contexts.
