Erika A. Kiss is the Founding Director of the University Center for Human Values (UCHV) Film Forum and Research Film Studio at Princeton University. She is a Senior Lecturer affiliated with the Council of the Humanities, European Cultural Studies, and the Human Values Office.

Kiss specializes in interdisciplinary research at the intersection of verbal and geometrical persuasion, focusing on architectonic rhetoric. Her pedagogical innovations include pioneering studio-style courses in Critical Film Curation and Environmental Film Studies, blending humanities with visual and environmental analysis.

As a co-founder of Bard College Berlin (formerly ECLA), she designed its interdisciplinary curriculum in intellectual history and secured funding and infrastructure for the institution.
