Erik Stallman

Erik Stallman is an Assistant Clinical Professor of Law at the University of California, Berkeley. He serves as Associate Director of the Samuelson Law, Technology & Public Policy Clinic and co-directs the Berkeley Center for Law & Technology. His expertise lies in intellectual property law, privacy and cybersecurity, and open internet regulation.
