Allison A. Schmitt

Allison A. Schmitt is a Lecturer and Fellow at the University of California, Berkeley School of Law, where she serves as Director of the Berkeley Center for Law and Technology’s Life Sciences Law and Policy Center. Her research bridges law, science, and technology, focusing on intellectual property, regulatory frameworks, and interdisciplinary policy challenges.
