Erik Nagel

Erik Nagel is a Lecturer and Head of the Institute for Business and Regional Economics (IBR) at Lucerne School of Business, Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts. Since 1999, he has held multiple leadership roles including Vice Dean for Continuing Education and Head of the Executive MBA Luzern program. His academic foundation includes a Dr. rer. pol. from Universität Basel and a Dipl. Verw.wiss. from Universität Konstanz.

Nagel's research focuses on transformative organizational processes with emphasis on:
