Erik Mohlin is an Associate Senior Lecturer in the Department of Economics at Lund University. His research focuses on game theory, particularly evolutionary game theory, learning, and bounded rationality, with applications to cooperation, institutions, categorization, and social norms. He contributes to UN Sustainable Development Goals through his work.
Research Projects:
- Models of Conceptualisation and Categorisation in Social and Economic Interactions (2018-2025)
- The Role of Internal Motivation and External Sanctions in Supporting Prosocial Behaviour (2020-2024)
Supervision: Co-supervised PhD student Pol Campos in the project Incentives in Education and Moral Behavior in Groups.
Activities: Hosted researchers such as Renaud Foucard and organized the Learning Evolution Games (LEG) conference in 2018. Active in peer reviews and academic collaborations across multiple countries.
