Pol Campos is an Assistant Professor of Economics and Tore Browaldh Scholar at Lund University. He holds a PhD from Lund University (2020) and was a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Copenhagen (2020–2022). His research focuses on applied microeconomics, employing field and lab experiments to study education, health, and behavioral economics. He investigates how incentives and reference points influence decision-making, such as vaccination uptake and educational effort. He also examines heterogeneity in preferences and its impact on behavior.
