Erik Hefti is an Assistant Professor and Executive Director of the Pharmaceutical Sciences graduate program at Harrisburg University of Science and Technology. As a licensed pharmacist in New York and Pennsylvania, he combines clinical practice experience in inpatient settings and telehealth with academic leadership. He teaches courses such as Clinical Pharmacology and Pharmacogenomics, emphasizing translational research in pediatric pharmacogenomics, telehealth outcomes, and pharmacotherapy optimization for genetic disorders.

His work bridges clinical practice and academic innovation, with a particular emphasis on underserved populations and emerging technologies in pharmacy.
