Erica Pauly is an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Converse College, affiliated with the Petrie School of Music and Lawson Academy. As a pianist, she performs extensively across the Carolinas as a soloist, chamber musician, orchestral, and collaborative pianist, working with orchestras in Hendersonville, Brevard, Spartanburg, and Greenville.
Ms. Pauly holds a Master of Music in Piano Pedagogy and a Bachelor of Music in Piano Performance from Converse College. She has been teaching piano since 1993, focusing on musicianship, technical mastery, and creative expression.
Her professional engagements include serving as an adjudicator for competitions like the Charlotte Symphony Young Artist Competition and the Steinway Junior Piano Competition. She is also an active member and former Dean of the American Guild of Organists, Spartanburg Chapter, and works as a guest organist for local churches.
