Erica Consterdine is a Senior Lecturer in Public Policy at Lancaster University, affiliated with the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences (FASS) and the Department of Politics, Philosophy and Religion. She holds a PhD in Politics from the University of Sussex and has conducted postdoctoral research on migration policy. Her research focuses on the politics of migration, immigration governance, and the political economy of migration regimes. She has been published in journals such as International Political Sociology and Journal of Ethnic and Migration Studies.

Teaching: Convenes modules on Public Policy (Undergraduate) and the Politics of Migration (Postgraduate). She leads the MSc in Public Policy program and is PPR Engagement Lead.
