Dr. Eric R. Kushins is an Associate Professor of Management at the Campbell School of Business, Berry College. He teaches undergraduate and MBA courses in Management, Human Resource Management, Team Dynamics, and Social Entrepreneurship, and has trained hundreds in Lean Six Sigma (LSS). His research focuses on organizational routines, leadership, and sociological themes in family firms, with a recent NSF grant exploring person perception in employment processes. He holds a joint Ph.D. in Sociology and Organizational Management from Rutgers University and certifications in Six Sigma and HR Management.
