Eric Priest

Eric Priest is a Professor at the University of Oregon School of Law, affiliated with the Business Law Program and Asian Studies departments. His research bridges intellectual property law and creative industry ecosystems, with particular emphasis on U.S.-China legal and economic dynamics in copyright law.

He contributes to U.S.-China intellectual property dialogues as a member of the U.S.-China IP Cooperation Dialogue and previously participated in the National Committee on U.S.-China Relations' Public Intellectuals Program.
