Eric Paul Kroes is an Associate Professor of Transport Economics at the School of Business and Economics, Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, and a Visiting Fellow. He holds an MSc from the Institute for Transport Studies at the University of Leeds. With 30 years of applied transport research experience, he has worked at the Nederlands Vervoerswetenschappelijk Instituut (NEA), Hague Consulting Group (as co-founder), and RAND Europe (as director). His expertise spans transport modeling, stated preference research, public and air transport studies, project evaluation, and policy analysis.
