Eric Deemer is a Professor and Training Director in the Counseling Psychology program within the Department of Educational Studies at Purdue University's College of Education. He has been at Purdue since 2008, progressing from Assistant Professor to his current position as full Professor since 2021.
Dr. Deemer's educational background includes a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from the University at Albany, State University of New York (2008), an M.S. in Human Performance and Sport Studies from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville (1995), and a B.S. in Psychology from Allegheny College (1992).
