Eric Biber

Eric Biber is the Edward C. Halbach Jr. Professor of Law at Berkeley Law, University of California, Berkeley, where he has been faculty since 2006. He serves as Director of Environmental and Energy Law Programs and co-directs the Cannabis Research Center at UC Berkeley. He is also co-principal investigator for the Comprehensive Assessment of Land Entitlements (CALES) project, a collaboration with Columbia University examining land-use regulations and housing development.
