Eric Bellin is an Assistant Professor of Architecture at Thomas Jefferson University’s College of Architecture and the Built Environment. He teaches design, representation, and architectural history. His research focuses on 19th–21st century histories of building practices, intersecting design, technology, and culture.

Research Interests: Bellin explores how architectural details and construction practices shape disciplinary and cultural narratives. His 2024 article examines mid-20th-century architectural education at North Carolina State College, linking pedagogy to broader societal values.

Professional Background: Before his PhD, Bellin taught and practiced architecture in Miami. His 2024 book Detailing Worlds: A History of Architectural Particulars, 1755–1899 synthesizes his doctoral research on architectural particulars.
