Eoghan Cunnane

Eoghan Cunnane is an Associate Professor at the University of Limerick, affiliated with the School of Engineering, Bernal Institute, and Limerick Digital Cancer Research Centre. His research focuses on biomedical engineering, tissue engineering, and biomaterials, with particular emphasis on urinary system mechanics, vascular grafts, and atherosclerosis. He has contributed to over 50 peer-reviewed publications, advancing understanding of tissue properties, surgical device design, and regenerative medicine.

His work integrates biomechanical analysis, material science, and clinical applications, addressing challenges in urology, vascular surgery, and drug delivery.
