Enrique Perez Martin

Enrique Perez Martin is a Professor in the Department of Agroforestry Engineering at the Technical University of Madrid (UPM), active since April 2024. He previously held the position of LD Prf.Contr.Doct. since October 2021. Since 2010, he has been a key member of the research group 'Geovisualization, Unique Spaces and Heritage'.

His research integrates advanced geospatial technologies across multiple domains:

• Geodesy and precision positioning using GNSS/DInSAR
• Geovisualization of cultural landscapes and heritage sites
• Multi-sensor fusion (UAV, TLS, GPR, SAR) for environmental monitoring
• Virtual reality systems for natural risk management
• Seismic hazard analysis and deformation control in civil engineering

Current projects involve fieldwork using UAV photogrammetry, terrestrial laser scanning, and geodetic techniques for documenting agricultural systems, heritage structures, and geological risks. He specializes in developing algorithms for geodata integration and change detection processes.
