- Ph.D. in Business Administration from University of Quebec in Montreal (UQAM)

Champion's research critically investigates governance dynamics of high-impact projects through decolonial lenses, focusing on performativity of management tools and Impact and Benefit Agreements (IBAs) as potential emancipatory levers. Her pedagogy combines critical theory with applied management tools in CSR and sustainable development education, notably within the DESS in Business Administration program.
Her forthcoming publications reveal emerging trends in decolonial approaches to IBAs and alternative responsible management education within Francophone contexts, contributing to critical sustainability studies and indigenous rights discourse.
Actively engaged in institutional sustainability efforts, Champion serves on TÉLUQ's Institutional Committee for Sustainable Development and maintains affiliations with CRIMT, Penner Institute, RQEC, IDÉA, and RIODD research networks.
