Emma Schultz

Emma Schultz is a Professor of Finance at the Australian National University (ANU), holding a leadership role as former Associate Dean (Research) for the ANU College of Business and Economics (2017–2024). She specializes in corporate finance, corporate governance, and financial literacy, with research published in top international journals. Her work has been supported by Australian Research Council grants.

Education: BComm (1st Class Honours in Finance) and PhD in Finance.

Research Interests: Corporate governance mechanisms, capital structure dynamics, dividend policy formulation, and financial literacy initiatives.
