Professor Emma Mawdsley is a leading scholar in Human Geography at the University of Cambridge, where she contributes to the Geographies of Knowledge Research Group. As a Fellow of Newnham College and Director of the Margaret Anstee Centre for Global Studies, her work bridges academic rigor with practical engagement in global development politics.

She supervises PhD students on topics like Sino-Indian development cooperation and postcolonial governance.
