Emma Gregory is a Lecturer (Teaching) in Sports Therapy at the University of Worcester’s School of Sport and Exercise Science. She holds a First Class Honours BSc (Hons) in Sports Therapy from the same institution (2019) and is currently pursuing an MPhil researching arthrokinematic and functional changes in ankle instability, alongside a PGCLTHE in Teaching and Learning in Higher Education.

Her research and teaching focus on clinical practice, including manual therapy, sports massage, and trauma management. Professionally, she operates a private clinic and has collaborated with sports teams like Malvern RFC and Worcester Warriors Academy. She also supervises students on clinical modules and provides placements for trainees.
Emma has held roles as an Associate Lecturer (2022), Clinical Skills Demonstrator (2022–2023), and Lecturer (2023). She is certified in First Aid, Emergency Care, and Fitness Instruction, reflecting her commitment to practical clinical and educational excellence.
