Emma Laurence

Dr Emma Laurence is a Lecturer and Course Leader for the BA (Hons) Early Childhood in Society at the University of Worcester's Department for Children and Families. She holds a BA in Early Childhood Professional Practice, PGCE Leading in Learning, MA in Education, PGCLTHE in Higher Education, and is a Fellow of the HEA. Currently pursuing a PhD in Educational Leadership focusing on support systems for Primary Headteachers.

Her research examines human development across age ranges, Social Pedagogy, and Social Pedagogical Leadership. She has extensive experience in Early Years settings and primary education through TeachFirst.
