Emma Ehrlich

Emma Ehrlich is a Water Policy Specialist and Sea Grant UW Water Science-Policy Fellow at the Center for Water Policy, affiliated with the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee's School of Freshwater Sciences. She holds a Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from the University of Minnesota School of Law, specializing in Environmental and Energy Law, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from the University of Rochester.

Her research focuses on water law, policy, and coastal resilience in the Great Lakes region. She coordinates the Freshwater Collaborative of Wisconsin Water Policy Network and has contributed to initiatives such as the Minnesota Land Trust and Earthjustice through internships and clinical work.
