Emina Jerković is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Law Osijek, Josip Juraj Strossmayer University of Osijek, where she is affiliated with the Department of Commercial, Financial, Maritime and General Traffic Law. She has been actively employed since 2007 and holds a Ph.D. in Financial and Legal Sciences from the Faculty of Law in Zagreb.
