Prof. Dr. Branka Rešetar is a Full Professor at the Department of Civil and Family Law at the Faculty of Law, University of Osijek. She has held positions as an Assistant Professor (2009), Associate Professor and Department Head (2014), and Full Professor (2020). Her research focuses on family law, child rights, and legal protection mechanisms. She leads the Croatian Association for Legal Protection of Families and participates in EU legal networks. Key roles include editor-in-chief of Child and Family in Contemporary Society and member of editorial boards for legal journals. Notable awards include the 2018 Award for Excellence in Scientific Research from her faculty.
