Emily Johnson-Barlow is an Associate Professor and Regional Health Sciences Librarian at the University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC), affiliated with the Library of the Health Sciences in Peoria. She also holds a Clinical Associate position in the UIC College of Medicine, Peoria. With a Master of Library and Information Science from the University of Pittsburgh and additional certificates in Healthcare Informatics and GIS, her expertise spans evidence-based practice, medical education, and library instruction. Her research focuses on instructional design, mobile technologies in healthcare, and librarianship practices.
