Emily Duncan serves as an Adjunct Professor of Harp and Senior Administrative Assistant at the Wanda L. Bass School of Music and School of Theatre at Oklahoma City University (OKCU). She holds a Bachelor of Music in Harp Performance (summa cum laude) from OKCU and a Master of Music from the Cleveland Institute of Music, where she studied under Yolanda Kondonassis.

Her research interests focus on harp performance, orchestral music, and music administration. Notably, she performed the world premiere of Smetana’s Die Moldau transcribed for harp and orchestra with the Oklahoma City Sinfonia. She is the Principal Harpist of the Fort Smith Symphony and contributed to the recording of The Music of Louis W. Ballard (2023), released on NAXOS.

She oversees administrative duties across music and theatre programs and maintains private harp studios. Her performances include collaborations with the OKC Philharmonic, Symphony of Northwest Arkansas, and others.
