Dan Levitan is a Lecturer at the University of California, Berkeley, specializing in harp performance and music education. He maintains an active career as a professional harpist, holding contracts with the Santa Rosa Symphony, Marin Symphony, and Symphony San Jose, while serving as the solo harpist for the Carmel-Bach Festival and first-call harpist for the San Francisco Opera since 2008.
