Emily Dollerschell serves as an Adjunct Professor at Mitchell Hamline University's School of Law, where she contributes to legal education. She is also an Associate In-House Counsel in the Litigation section at Land O’Lakes, focusing on UCC, contracts, transportation, and product liability matters across U.S. state and federal courts.
