Emily DeJeu

Emily DeJeu is an Assistant Teaching Professor of Business Management Communication at Carnegie Mellon University's Tepper School of Business. Her work focuses on enhancing professional writing pedagogy through mixed-methods research, with a current emphasis on generative AI applications in education. She holds a PhD and MA in Rhetoric from CMU.

Teaching activities include courses on business communication, presentations, and GenAI integration. She advises the Tepper Undergraduate Consulting Club and CMU's Young Life chapter.
