Emily Cullen-Dunn serves as the Assistant Director of the Art of Teaching Program and an Adjunct Professor in the Early Childhood Program at Westchester Community College. Her academic career spans roles in diverse educational settings, including Title 1 public schools in Harlem and Westchester public schools.

Emily specializes in creating inclusive classroom communities and integrating emotionally responsive practices. Her focus areas include trauma-informed teaching, neurodiversity, and project-based learning, with a commitment to fostering play, creativity, and critical thinking.
