Emily Bosk, Ph.D. is an Assistant Professor at the School of Social Work (Rutgers University) and a Faculty Affiliate with the Institute for Health, Health Care Policy and Aging Research. Her work bridges sociological theory and clinical practice, focusing on how organizations and practitioners address vulnerable children and families. She examines standardized decision-making tools in child welfare systems, their policy implications, and systemic gaps in social service delivery.
