Emiliano Buis

Emiliano Buis is a Full Professor of Public International Law at the University of Buenos Aires (UBA) Law School and National University of the Center of the Province of Buenos Aires (UNICEN). He also serves as an Adjunct Professor of Greek Language and Culture at UBA's Philosophy and Letters School. His roles include Undersecretary of Research, Deputy Director of the Master's in International Relations, and Academic Director of the Observatory of International Humanitarian Law (UBA Law). He leads the Permanent Seminar on the Theory and History of International Law and coordinates the Working Group on Archaic and Classical Greek Law (DEGRIAC).

Awards: Category I Researcher in the Ministry of Education's Incentive Program (CONICET).

Professional Activities: Serves as President of the Argentine Association of Classical Studies, member of the Jean Pictet Competition Committee, and Research Fellow at the Center for International Law and Policy (CILRAP).
