Elspeth Windsor

Elspeth Windsor is a Researcher at the Centre for Criminology, University of Oxford, and a Grand Union (Research Council) and McDougal Law Scholar at Balliol College. She is currently pursuing her DPhil in Criminology, having previously earned an MSc in Criminology and Criminal Justice from Oxford and a BPTC/LLM from Cardiff University as a Queen Mother Scholar.

• Intersection of criminal law and immigration law
• Domestic homicide and violence
• Victim personal statements at sentencing
• Public and professional understanding of sentencing
