Katharine Hoeger is a Research Associate at the Centre for Criminology, University of Oxford. She holds a UKRI 'What Works' Policy Fellowship (ESRC Funded), collaborating with the College of Policing on their 'Measuring Harm for Violence Against Women and Girls Social Research Fellowship.'
