Elliroma Gardiner

Dr. Elliroma Gardiner is an Associate Professor at QUT Business School within the Faculty of Business & Law and School of Management. A registered Organisational Psychologist and board-approved supervisor, she specializes in multigenerational workforces, older worker experiences, and factors influencing employee/organisational performance. Her research spans 18 years across Australia, Asia, and Europe, with positions at the London School of Economics and Griffith University.

Teaching focuses on Organisational Behaviour, Research Methods, and Human Resource Management. She currently supervises Honours, Masters, and PhD students, offering topics in her core research areas.

Notable collaborations include work with Professors John Adams, Joeri Debrulle, and Jan Maes on aging workforces and entrepreneurship. Media engagements include features in Time.com, ABC Radio, and The Telegraph (UK).
