معرفی
Dr. Elliott Hall is a Lecturer in Molecular Exercise Physiology at the University of Stirling's School of Sport. He teaches across the BSc (Hons) Sport and Exercise Science programme and coordinates the Human Anatomy and Physiology module for second-year students.
- PhD in Youth Football Injuries (Liverpool John Moores University)
- MSc in Sports Physiology (Liverpool John Moores University)
- BSc (Hons) in Sport and Exercise Science (Edinburgh Napier University)
- HND in Fitness Health and Exercise
His research focuses on molecular mechanisms in exercise adaptation, particularly micro-RNA roles in skeletal muscle physiology, exercise responsiveness variability, concussion biomarkers, and sarcopenia management through physical activity. He utilizes big data analytics to identify predictors of exercise outcomes and compares training modalities like high-intensity and moderate-intensity exercise interventions.
Professional experience includes postdoctoral work on concussion biomarkers at Manchester Metropolitan University, pandemic data analysis for Public Health Scotland, and applied roles in healthcare and elite youth football. His methodological expertise spans genomic analysis, physiological assessment of team sports, and population-level data interpretation.
