Prof. Dr. Elke Hermans is a Full Professor and Vice-Rector of Education at Hasselt University. She holds academic positions within the Faculty School of Transportation Sciences, Department of Traffic Engineering, and is affiliated with the Road Safety Research Group and Institute for Mobility.
