Elizabeth Young is a Clinical Assistant Professor and Assistant Director of the Physician Assistant Program at Marist College's School of Science. She joined the program in 2016 as an Adjunct Instructor, transitioned to full-time faculty in 2017, and assumed the role of Clinical Coordinator in 2018. Her expertise spans Physician Assistant education and leadership, interventional radiology, and clinical radiology. She holds a BA in Biology from Franciscan University of Steubenville (1998), a PA certification from St. Anthony’s Catholic Medical Centers (2001), and an MS in Physician Assistant Education and Leadership from A.T. Still University (2017).
Her research interests include advancing medical education and integrating clinical practice with leadership. Notable presentations include guest lectures at Clarkson University and Touro Medical College, as well as international appearances on EWTN. Elizabeth is an active member of professional organizations such as the PAEA and AAPA.
- Awards: Pi Alpha Honor Society, International Family of the Year Award, multiple Catholic leadership recognitions.
- Leadership: Directed PA teams in Interventional Radiology and oversees non-profits serving Catholic youth.
