Elizabeth Wofford

Elizabeth Wofford, PhD, LPC, is an Assistant Professor of Counseling and Program Director of the Clinical Counseling program at Charleston Southern University. She specializes in trauma psychology, focusing on emotional abuse in childhood and its long-term impacts on adult mental health, including anxiety, depression, and stress. Her work integrates faith-based principles into counseling education and practice.
