Peihsuan (Patty) Liu, PhD is a Core Faculty member and Coordinator of the Trauma Counseling Certificate Program at Antioch University Seattle's Graduate School of Counseling, Psychology & Therapy. She earned her PhD and Master’s in Counselor Education from Penn State University and holds licenses as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Washington and a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania.
