Elizabeth Topper is a Research Professor at the Bloomberg School of Public Health, Johns Hopkins University, with primary affiliations in the Department of Epidemiology and MACS/WIHS Combined Cohort Study. She holds advanced degrees from JHU (PhD 2001, MEd 2017) and Columbia University (MPH 1995).
