Elizabeth Stice is a Professor of History at Palm Beach Atlantic University’s School of Liberal Arts and Sciences. She has taught there since 2012, contributing to the history department and the Frederick M. Supper Honors Program, where she serves as Assistant Director. As a Faculty Fellow for Development and Communication, she supports faculty engagement and institutional growth.

Her research focuses on World War I, empires, European print culture, sport, and world history. She authored the 2023 book Empire Between the Lines: Imperial Culture in British and French Trench Newspapers of World War I and has published peer-reviewed articles on World War I and French/British history. She integrates service learning into history courses and collaborates with undergraduates through the Arts and Sciences undergraduate research program.
Dr. Stice writes for publications like Inside Higher Ed, Comment, and Perspectives. She is Editor-in-Chief of the review Orange Blossom Ordinary and Contributing Editor for Front Porch Republic and Current.
