Elizabeth Russell is an Associate Professor in the Department of Psychology at Trent University and former Director of the Trent Centre on Aging & Society. She founded and oversees the MA in Interdisciplinary Aging Studies program. Her teaching focuses on Psychology of Aging, Qualitative Methods, and Knowledge Mobilization. Dr. Russell developed the innovative Intergenerational Psychology of Aging course (PSYC 3550H) and leads research on rural aging, intergenerational connections, and age-friendly community sustainability through collaborative, community-based approaches.
