Dr. Elizabeth Pummell is a Senior Lecturer in Sport and Exercise Psychology at Kingston University, within the Department of Applied and Human Sciences. She holds a PhD in Sport Psychology from Loughborough University, alongside a PGCHE from Kingston University and degrees in Psychology and Sport and Exercise Psychology. Her expertise focuses on athlete transition from junior to senior levels, particularly in equestrian and tennis contexts. She previously served as Head of Sport Psychology for an elite tennis training programme and has collaborated with the International Tennis Federation to reform junior-to-senior transition structures in tennis.
