Dr Elizabeth Fistein is a Medical Educator at the Department of Public Health and Primary Care, University of Cambridge, working part-time. She is also a Fellow and Director of Clinical Studies at Lucy Cavendish College and a Medical Member of the First Tier Tribunal (Mental Health).

Education
Her research focuses on consent, capacity, coercion in medical treatment, and medical education, with additional work in mental health law and ethics of compulsory psychiatric treatment. She contributes to curriculum design in ethics, law, leadership, and patient safety.
