Dr. Elizabeth Cobbett is a Lecturer in Politics and International Relations at the University of Plymouth, UK. Her research explores emerging financial centers in Africa (e.g., South Africa, Kenya, Nigeria, Morocco) and evolving Indian Ocean-Africa infrastructures.
